There is currently no ESPR Delegated Act scheduled for electronics or ICT products, and no confirmed date. This sector is anticipated given the broader direction of ESPR and existing electronics regulation, but it hasn't been formally scheduled the way batteries, textiles, or metals have.
What this means
Nothing to comply with yet, but the pattern is worth watching
Once a Delegated Act is proposed in other sectors, the runway to the mandatory date tends to be measured in a year or two, not five. Waiting for a formal announcement before any planning may leave a shorter window than expected.

Electronics are usually the easiest category to add NFC or QR-based connectivity to, and troubleshooting, firmware guidance, and accessory upsell already justify it. Whenever electronics gets a scheduled DPP requirement, you'd be extending an existing system rather than building one under deadline.
